It all started with Ahmet Benici. The World's lead scientist published his findings that the laws that govern our world would change so drastically human life would not be possible. It was his findings that urged the U.S government to begin a secret project, Project New World. The purpose of this project was to save humanity from its impending doom. So I invite you visitor, whoever you are it doesn't really matter. Come, sit down at your keyboard and tell me, what role are you going to play in this story?
Setting
There are many rumors and stories to be told about the city of Chase. Stories and tales rise from the mysterious forest that borders its northern side. There's big talk of some government project happening on the other side, but no one can know for sure. The small town has a rather sparse population of 20,000 people and is kept isolated from its neighboring town by Wyers lake.
In terms of time, this site will follow real time to accommodate for the short life expectancies of compound patients. The current month is December, the year 2062.

Like an irritated animal, Ahmet paced the examination room waiting for his favorite patient to arrive. By now the redundancy of their operations frustrated him. They should be moving forward by now, the end of the month was approaching much too fast for his liking. Should his body accept the serum this time, Ahmet had great plans for 4310258629087 in the vivariums, they had even dragged in another stable patient in to test the serum as well. For now the young form remained hidden behind a separating curtain, already strapped to the steel table. Unlike 4310258629087, she had put up little fuss and Ahmet liked that. If 4310258629087 couldn't help him, he would be just as useless as the rest. Tapping a pen against his clipboard, Ahmet sidled over to an empty exam table studying the binds thoughtfully. Given his weak state, 4310258629087 shouldn't give them as much trouble today, it didn't mean he wouldn't prepare though.. Ahmet would not tolerate trouble this time, not considering his mood.
With all the control the American government had given him, they were always doing little things to screw him over. Adding to his already annoyingly large staff was one thing. He'd just been informed of a new doctor, a Miss Gilligan Fischer who he decided he already hated. Was it too much to ask for an intelligent, male, caucasian staff? Well, they didn't even have to be caucasian, just male. Unfortunately, the government would hear none of it, only reminding him they were already giving him considerable freedoms and had allowed him to hire most of his own scientists anyway. But like nothing else the new doctor had put him in a bad mood.
With an indiscernible grumble, Ahmet settled for tapping his pencil against the table instead as though it would make 4310258629087 magically appear. One of his colleagues meekly informed him all their equipment and systems were ready for operation and like a wolf Dr.Benici watched the door, waiting impatiently for 4310258629087 to arrive.
After his little stunt with Ephraim, Feral's free-times were cut off. In fact he barely got to leave a guard's sight anymore, the lot determined to keep him from getting into any trouble, hindering their plans for him. He absolutely hated it, but was powerless to really stop it. At least he wasn't stuck to a wheelchair now though, his strength at least regaining enough that he could stand on his own, no longer tired so quickly. But he wasn't all the way there yet, and do to him practically starving himself, he wasn't doing much better on that front either. He had a harder time trusting anything these days. In his defense, he got killed the last time he was forced to trust someone. Which might have been why he was so reluctant to go back to the examination room.
He tried to fight it, but the group had managed to overpower him enough to secure him, keeping him from hurting himself or them. He continued to growl, jerking every now and then when he felt their grip's lighten, as if he could slip out. Obviously that hadn't worked as the door would open up, Feral flanked on each side by guards holding him steady, another two behind them in case things turned sour. Aside from his mood, the transfer was relatively decent compared to how he usually was. Too bad he couldn't always be this weak, huh?
As soon as he was shoved into the room, Feral's growls quieted down, frowning as he looked around. He wasn't too eager to be back here again and didn't even want to know what was going to happen this time. His heart was already starting to beat fast, anxiety kicking in. He tried to keep his fear hidden behind his usual angry mask though, snarling as he looked over to where the man himself was waiting. The fact Benici already looked frustrated didn't ease his concerns either. After all, he knew how things went last time the scientist was irritated!
Feral tried to back up, as if he had any chance of getting out still, though unsurprisingly the guards' grips were unmoving and they kept him steady. He wasn't getting out of this one. He growled at the thought as he bared his fangs. Unfortunately not even the fear element would work in this instance. They knew what he was capable of with those nasty teeth of his, but that's why they kept him steady, keeping a good way from those chompers. Probably should have brought the muzzle. Even the medical team had sworn his teeth had grown longer, sharper.

At last, they had arrived! From the moment, he'd entered the examination room Feral had Ahmet's full attention. His sharp gaze snapped to watch him, lingering in silence. No longer a gorilla, 4310258629087 reminded him of a tiger, the kind they kept in circus tents. The kind who suddenly realized they were afraid of fire, and what was Ahmet but a walking flamethrower? On silent feet he approached 4310258629087, looking him over for any sign of injury. He must have been rather compliant or perhaps the guards were learning for once as Ahmet found him to be in decent shape.
"Well," clasping his hands behind his back, he nodded towards the examination table. "You know the drill. On the table," he urged the guards. Rushing the experiment would get them nowhere if Feral had the same reaction, but if he was going to be disappointed a second time, Ahmet would rather it be sooner than later. "When he is secured have someone take his collar for inspection." It wasn't something they normally facilitated, inspecting the collars. But if Feral was going to have his removed anyway, why not send it to the technical corps?
Catching sight of those bared fangs, Ahmet's gaze lingered on the patient a while longer. "Those teeth, they are a luxury. Remember that." Then he stepped aside, allowing the guards to do as he'd said. Was he really threatening to remove Feral's teeth? Well of course! What did he need them for? Eating? Throwing all of his food in a blender would take care of that, it might also keep him from mauling other patients. It was an idea, one Benici would seriously contemplate if 4310258629087 kept on snarling and showing them off.
[ O.O.C: I swear, I should have that ID tag memorized by now xD ]
Feral's growls grew louder, a constant rumbling in his chest as Benici approached, hating the fact he was now somewhat intimidated by him. He had no chance as long as he had people to command and control, tools and weapons to keep the beast from attacking. Without all that, he was certain the powerless man would have been far less of a threat, much easier to kill. But the chances of him having an opportunity like that seemed impossible.
Consumed in his thoughts, he completely toned out the man's orders to the guards. He did, however, come back to attention when Benici addressed him. Feral's snarl faltered before becoming a simple scowl, glaring hard at the scientist for a few moments before he looked away, mouth closed completely. Was he taking the threat seriously? Why wouldn't he?! He didn't want to give this fucker any ideas! Feral was still growling though, but was being as compliant as one could honestly expect from a beast. He didn't want to invoke the man's wrath, but he also didn't want to seem totally submissive either. Unfortunately, until he regained his full strength, he was going to have to try and play it smart, play it safe. But with those instructions and bit of advice out of the way, the guards lead him off to the table, something he was very hesitant to approach, but once again he couldn't really offer too much resistance and was strapped down, left tugging at his restraints.
Once they were certain he was secure, his collar was removed, exposing the nearly faded bruises on each side of his neck, where the first injections had taken place. He knew already what was coming and he was already not looking forward to it, his heart racing now. He couldn't help but snarl again, like a cornered animal as he growled at anyone who got too close to him. Strange how he might actually consider his collar a defense against that damn serum now, especially when he despised the device before. "Get away from me!" he growled at the scientists who took care to step back a bit, give him some space to calm down or simply tire out.

His mood would lighten if only a little as he noticed 4310258629087's compliance. The less he struggled the sooner they could get him in the vivarium, or back to the infirmary should his heart fail again. The modifications he'd made to the serum would lessen its damage on the body, leaving the patient with a greater chance to live...hypothetically. As his colleagues bustled around filling syringes and checking the serum, Ahmet would hover next to the patient's head watching him with a cold unblinking stare. His growl would do nothing to rouse him from his thoughtfulness, instead reaching out with a gloved hand to apply pressure to the previous puncture wound.
Ahmet moved with a complete disregard to Feral's hostility and those dangerous fangs of his, turning his head to the side as he applied the little pressure on the tender skin. They would do well to inject the needle a hairs width lower than they had originally planned, give Feral a little more time to heal. "Do you want the needle to break?" He reminded the patient in a cold voice. At his nod, two of his peers disappeared around the curtain divider to administer the serum to the other patient, another handed Benici his own needle. One of the nurses moved timidly to hook 4310258629087 up to and EKG machine ensuring it worked before giving Ahmet the 'ok'.
Well, this was it. It either worked or it didn't and Ahmet was losing his patience. Without warning, he pricked 4310258629087's neck, slowly administering the serum while watching for any signs of distress or decay. If the serum ended up killing 4310258629087's cells faster than his body could repair them, the crash cart would be useless and Ahmet wouldn't stand for Feral rotting on his table.
Feral cringed a bit as Ahmet applied pressure to his bruises, heart having stopped for a moment, assuming the worst. Of course, the needle was inevitable, and he wasn't sure he felt anymore better knowing it was just the scientist examining the previous wound. He was tempted to bite, almost as if instinct was screaming at him to retaliate, but he clenched his fangs together, grinding them as he was forced to avert his gaze as the white coat continued to look over his neck, tensing up as he continued to press against it. Was this really all necessary?! But should he really be complaining? Better this than the needle, even if his neck was still a bit sore.
"Do you want the needle to break?" Feral snarled at that, unable to help himself. He almost wanted to give some sass, like he'd been doing towards everyone else since reduced to a barely functioning state, but he refrained, even if it was a stupid question. He'd much rather not have the needle at all! But knowing what was in store for him, Feral could only bite down on his lip, clenching his eyes shut as he awaited the inevitable pain. And it came quick, Benici giving him no warning in advance. He bit down hard, managing to dig into his lip and cause it to bleed, his whole body having jerked before going as stiff as a statue, the beast's fists clenched tight with his claws digging into his palms. He didn't move, didn't dare to, the only sign he was okay still was ironically the rumbling growl emitting from him, mixed with whimpers of pain. It didn't feel much better a second time around. But... So far it didn't seem to be causing too much distress, yet anyway, aside from the patient's obvious phobia towards needles.
But then the dark tendrils of blood vessels shown as the serum once again worked it's way through his body, his heart rate paced again. It seemed like it was going to fall south again and Feral's growls grew louder as he struggled once again to free himself from his binds. But once they drew nearer to the time he'd 'died' last time, he seemed to be surviving at least, even if he wasn't totally thriving. Hopefully once it had a chance to settle in, he'd have a chance to adjust to the pain. But for now, he snarled again. "G-get it out..!" he growled weakly, referring to the needle. He hadn't moved his head, as much as he wanted to, not wanting to risk lodging that big needle into his neck.

"Relax," the man growled as 4310258629087 grew stiff as a board. He didn't want the needle to snap off did he? Either way, his resistance would make it harder for Ahmet to insert the serum and he applied more pressure on the syringe, muttering a curse the patient began to panic. He could hear similar noises from behind the curtain separator, struggling followed by a low moan that gradually rose to a wail. Screaming. In the many years he'd spent working at the compound, Ahmet had grown cold to the noise, ignoring it entirely as he focused on the patient before him. A rather dazed looking scientist would dart around the room divider beckoning towards the extra crash cart and the few doctors Ahmet was willing to spare.
So the serum proved unsuccessful on the other patient, but 4310258629087 was different. Ahmet gritted his teeth applying more pressure upon Feral to keep him still. The patient was doing a remarkable job of remaining immobile and Benici felt the faintest sense of triumph that he hadn't begun seizing again. Surprisingly enough the scientist would yield to Feral's request, nodding to the scientist across from him. "Take it out." The syringe was three-quarters empty as Ahmet applied cotton around the needle, carefully pulling it out.
Setting the needle onto the closest tray, he kept the cotton there for a few seconds longer, observing the dark stain of the serum as it flooded his system. Nearby the doctors were preparing the crash cart just in case, the whole team waiting on the edge of crippling suspense.
Relax? That was rich! Relaxing was much easier said than done and he wanted to tell the man to try having two needles jabbed into his neck and then he could have the liberty of telling the beast to relax! Of course, he kept his mouth shut. Not because he was too afraid to say anything, but more because he was worried that talking would only make the pain worse. Didn't make it any better when he actually heard screaming, the sound causing his eyes to snap open. There were so many people here already, he hadn't even realized they had another patient in here! And she didn't seem to be sounding too great and the beast could certainly sympathize. His heart started beating faster again out of sheer panic alone, not wanting to go through this again.
Despite this, he was forced to stay still, Benici making sure of that as he applied more of the serum. Each time it burned, the thick injection so foreign that it seemed his body was rejecting it. He snarled at the thought, his fists loosening and claws instead digging across the table's surface, actually leaving marks in the metal. Though unlike the first time, the burning would gradually become more tolerable. Not any less painful, but at least he didn't feel like he was dying. And fortunately for him, the fucking white coat actually listened to him and he felt like he could stop tensing up now that the needles were removed, his body sore from going stiff alone, let alone with the injections on top of it!
His chest heaved, hurried and still panicked breaths escaping him as he lied his head back, eyes clenched shut once more. Things would remain like that for a while before the ink like trails would slowly begin to disappear, fading away, seeming to have gone through his system without failure. As the pain began to die down, Feral's breathing and heart rate would gradually return to normal. Did it work? He didn't even know what it was for, didn't even care. He just didn't want to move, worried the slightest shift in muscle would cause the pain to return. So he'd simply continue to growl, the sound at this point so constant it almost sounded like he was purring, strangely enough.

Now that he was reacting towards the serum, the freak had Ahmet's full attention. One of Benici's arms clamped down on his arm just in case the restraints wouldn't be good enough, the other keeping his head still. Although the needles had been removed, it would do 4310258629087 little good to move his neck too much. With an intent stare, he watched the darkening blood vessels, gritting his teeth as he replayed the former experiment in his mind. About any minute now the patient would start jerking, seizing almost, and then after that his heart would fail. These had been the most noticeable symptoms 4310258629087 had displayed before, so Ahmet kept his eyes open for even the slightest involuntary twitch or movement.
But there was nothing but 4310258629087's heavy breathing, the EKG machine going berserk. Was the kid having a heart attack or just a panic attack? This was something the doctors seemed intent on figuring out as they collected around the machine, leaving Ahmet awkwardly hovering over 4310258629087. And while he seemed awkward about being 'left alone', there was something protective about the way he hovered over the patient as if he were watching over him in some way. "Calm down before you have a heart attack." Those were the only words of comfort he offered Feral as he continued to watch over him, continuously checking him over.
So intent on the patient before him, Ahmet wouldn't even look up as he heard the squeaking wheels of one of the infirmary beds. He didn't need to look. The slow weary steps would tell him enough, the female patient had died. Her survival had balanced on the tip of a knife to begin with, the serum was made specifically for 4310258629087 and 4310258629087 only. It would be nice if it worked on the others, it would save Benici one step. But Feral was his main focus right now, not the girl. 4310258629087 couldn't die today, not today.
In the moments that followed Ahmet checked Feral's eyes and ears to ensure he wasn't bleeding out of places he shouldn't be, being oddly gentle if his delicate movements could even be called that. His eyes followed the trail of the dark serum searching for any growing patches that would indicate cell deterioration. The serum wouldn't do them any good if it started to rot Feral from the inside. But before Benici's fear could become well founded the EKG machine returned to a normal pace indicating Feral's heartbeat was regular.
With pure fascination Ahmet watched all signs of the serum disappearing, the miracle drawing the rest of the faculty around the table. And then, like magic, the dark lines would disappear completely leaving Ahmet to lean away from the table. A ghost smile would make an ominous appearance as Ahmet regarded 4310258629087. I...am the greatest person in the world. The thought would never make it past his lips, but the triumphant gleam in his eyes said it all. Feral would get no credit of course, he was just a test subject, Ahmet was the one who'd spent four solid days pouring over formulas and test results. He was the one who'd brought them to this place. It was all him.
"Let him rest. We will resume our tests in half an hour," but who was he speaking to? Anyone who was willing to listen, it wasn't as if anyone was eager to lift Feral off the table. In case the serum hadn't taken full effect, Ahmet wasn't too eager to move him either. Instead, in the most uncharacteristic manner, he would turn to the freak offering the kindest thing he'd say to the date. "How are you feeling?"
Feral simply hissed as the scientist insisted he calmed down, warning him of a heart attack. Real funny, considering this was the same experiment that he went through last time when his heart stopped. How was he supposed to calm down?! He knew he was right though, whether he cared to admit it or not, and his chest was already hurting, the beast not sure whether it was his nerves or the serum again! It didn't help either when he managed to catch a glimpse of them wheeling another table out, seeing the figure completely still beneath a sheet. It made his throat burn. What the fuck were they even thinking?! He scowled at the thought, clenching his eyes shut. It'd be a good while before he eventually managed to calm down, cringing as Benici checked his eyes and ears, despite how gentle the actions surprisingly were.
After what felt like forever, Feral was able to breath again, a dull ache still remaining in his chest but he'd surely be fine soon enough, noting faintly that the lines that had taken over his body were no longer there. Did... Did he survive? He wasn't sure how he felt about it honestly, as the white coats themselves seemed to be pleased with the results, hovering around the beast which made him feel just a tad uncomfortable. His heart beat picked up again, thought fortunately not to dangerous levels this time, the patient simply a bit stressed out.
Fortunately, Benici actually decided on giving him a chance to rest which Feral accepted quite happily, the scientists seeming to thin out as they went to jot down the results of today's test. He closed his eyes after that, taking a second to try and compose himself when Benici spoke again, actually addressing him this time. If that wasn't strange enough, his words were in fact the last thing he expected to come out of his mouth. The beast paused for a moment, not solely because of the odd moment of kindness, but also because... he wasn't too sure. He was sore, obviously, but while he obviously didn't feel great he didn't exactly feel bad either... He wasn't sure how to describe it, but something was different. But for the sake of answering the man, he growled again, "Like getting out of here." Course they weren't done with him yet, obviously. He wouldn't be getting out easy like he had before!

Watching Feral, Ahmet found his condition rather difficult to decipher. Aside from the obvious stress his body had suffered, all his systems appeared to be functioning correctly and the patient himself would be no help in giving a decent report on his condition. Well, had he expected anything different? With a delicate scowl, Ahmet sighed, deciding to give Feral the rest he needed. "You'll be out of here soon...one way or another," his ominous words needed no explaining given the patient who had already been wheeled out moments before.
The next thirty minutes Ahmet had his hands rather full. After confirming the death of the patient, he'd made arrangements to have the body cremated. There was little grief or remorse on his visage when he returned to the examination room. Her name had been Sarah, and at nineteen years old she was one of their older patients. Sometimes their life span couldn't be stretched any longer, given her older age she was no longer as reliable as a test subject. For now, he wouldn't be sorry to see her go.
Upon entering the examination room, he found the vivarium's had been prepped, all systems were go. What a delightful day this was turning out to be. With the most stressful part of the experiment done, the tiredness settled upon the scientist for the first time. He hadn't slept in four days and it showed in the way he morphed across the room, sitting heavily in the closest chair. Had it been thirty minutes yet? Checking his watch the scientist sighed, stifling a yawn before it could betray his exhaustion. "Bring him around," from where he was Ahmet motioned for Feral's release, ordering the guards to place him inside the newly refurbished vivariums. The fun was about to begin!
Ever so comforting, Dr. Benici! Feral growled at the thought, not really needing to be reminded of the girl who'd just got wheeled out, or the fact he had already nearly suffered the same fate. But fortunately after that, the white coat decided to leave him be and Feral would take a moment to relax before he'd begin tugging at his binds again, growing restless about being tied down. He was still incredibly sore in his neck, cringing and growling as he tried to turn his head to look around. And soon, to top it off, he'd have a heavy collar to finish it off. Implying he survived whatever they decided to toss his way next.
Everyone seemed content with leaving him be as Ahmet was busy taking care of other matters involving the less fortunate of the two patients. Those who did get too close, obviously received a growl in warning, not in the mood to be poked and prodded just yet, still trying to adjust to the trauma he'd just been put through. But now that he was given a chance to relax, he found himself slowly numbing to the pain, hurting less and feeling a bit more energized. That should have been a good thing but, honestly? He just knew that meant his time was running out, his break to end.
Sure enough, Ahmet would return and Feral grunted as he tugged at his binds, as if there was still a chance to escape this. Unfortunately it was time for him to go and though he managed to get someone clean across the face, he eventually was secured enough for them to make it to the tank, having to literally drag the rebellious freak inside. Before long he was trapped inside, pressed up against the thick glass and glaring out at the people outside. All that trouble to go through this shit again?! He snarled again, frustrated as he leaned against the wall of the vivarium, testing it's strength with a fist slammed into the wall. All it did was hurt him instead, the beast hissing as the glass resisted his attack this time. It probably didn't help that he was still rather weak, but it was obvious they prepared this time, sadly.

Gone was the timid circus tiger, 4310258629087 had gone back to the gorilla he reminded him so much about. Almost amused, Ahmet ordered the experiment to commence the moment Feral had been successfully shut away. There was nothing new about the experiment, the way the pipes hissed to life, spewing colorless chemicals into the vivarium leaving poor Feral in a death trap. The only difference was the combination of chemicals. No longer was he being exposed to one chemical but three. Either the serum would prove to have done its job, or the patient would die.
Lacing his fingers together, Ahmet leaned forwards, resting his upper lip against his hand. His eyelids drooped as 4310258629087 drummed against the class. "That's not going to work," he muttered to himself. The little freak wouldn't put them in lockdown again, hopefully. Ahmet had taken extra measures in refurbishing the glass and ensuring the pipes were well out of Feral's reach. The kid would have to be spiderman to reach the vents. And if he did succeed in tearing through the metal and plastic preventing the dangerous chemicals from reaching the rest of them, Ahmet would break him. Up until this point he had enjoyed Feral's attitude, as annoying as it could be, it showed the patient had some spunk, that he was a little more than a lethargic bag of bones.
Eyelids drooping Dr.Benici fought back sleep. This was supposed to be the most exciting moment of his life...but he was too tired. He wanted nothing more than to just curl up and sleep. This would all be over in a few hours, he had only to hold on until then. But as he watched Feral in the tank, his eyes drooped lower...and lower.
Almost as soon as the tank had closed, Feral glared up at the ceiling to where the pipes were hissing, well out of his reach. Yeah... He wasn't going to be getting out of this one and wasn't too sure about the chemicals they were introducing him to. Already he could smell it in the air, something so foul and rotten that it made his nose scrunch up in disgust, Feral hopelessly reaching up to cover his nose to avoid the awful stench. The beast growled, attempting to ram into the tank with his shoulder, which did just about as much as the first attempt, leaving him with more damage than the actual tank. He kept at it though, until he began to grow tired, reminded of his current state. Damn... He panted, lowering his hand and forced to endure the smell again. The worst it did was make him feel light headed... And like something was crawling beneath his skin. He frowned at the sensation, lowering himself down until he was seated to wait out whatever these fuckers were doing. At the very least, he seemed to not be dying, which was pretty much what they were hoping for? But something seemed off about the patient now, and even Feral seemed unsure of what it was.
It wasn't until he started to hunch over that they really got concerned, calling to Benici who appeared to be on the verge of sleeping, not seeming to pay attention. But Feral actually started jerking, his bones seeming to shift in places, reshaping and reforming as pitch black fur began to spread across his entire body, making him look like a shadow. The key difference was his head, Feral raising to look around, not seeming to be aware of the change just yet, having a head similar to a canine's with glowing white eyes. It wasn't until he noticed his hands, elongated and looking more like claws did he realize something was wrong, backing up into the back of the tank and looking down to himself. He was completely covered in this weird hair! His ears swiveled back, pinning to his skull as he looked a bit panicked. Needless to say, this had never happened before. He didn't even notice the biggest change until he spotted his reflection before the shocked faces staring in at him. And... he might have snapped a bit, dropping onto all fours as he scattered around, banging wildly against the glass. GET HIM OUT OF HERE!
Obviously it had to have been whatever the hell they were treating him with and he was convinced he had to get out before things could somehow get worse!

Just a second or two of sleep, that's all he'd wanted. The poor scientist had rested his head against the cool table surface, face buried in the crook pf his elbow. When he had drifted off he'd never be sure, but it felt like seconds before some annoying voice beckoned him awake. "What!" He snapped, tossing a glance in Feral's direction. Watching the patient jerk, his first thought was his heart might be failing. But before Ahmet could summon the crash cart, something far more...sinister began to take place. Was this because of the chemicals? The serum? Or was it both? Damn it all! Just as they had one break through, another problem would arise.
Removing his glasses, Ahmet wiped the sleep from his eyes with his sleeve, returning to his spectacles only to find this wasn't some weirdly elaborate dream. No, this was real and it was a big, big problem. Eying the shadow-like fur, and the glowing eyes, Feral wasn't the only one who flipped. They had just created a monster. A monster. In his compound. The moment Feral began darting around, Ahmet took a leaping step back. For the first time there was a genuine fear in his eyes. If Feral broke out this time...they were all screwed. While the guards could shoot him down, Ahmet didn't want Feral dead...if it could be helped.
"Stop the experiment!" He roared, storming over to the control panel. Despite the poor scrap who was doing everything he could to shut it down, he was still kicked out of his chair as Ahmet took control. Like a mad pianist his fingers danced across the buttons, pulling levers and flicking switches until the chemicals were sucked back into the very pipes they'd come from. The air in the tank began to stabilized and gradually Ahmet introduced an airborn sedative, hoping to knock the patient out before this could become more of a catastrophe.
